How Is Your Business Communicating As We Enter Into A Post-Pandemic Phase?

Recently, we published an article about keeping your businesses communicating in a post-pandemic world. CTS, a local communications firm (and future Local Business Spotlight feature) had some great points in that communications has been
forever changed and how the industry in general, and CTS specifically has adapted.
Going forward, any business needs to consider:
- Accommodating a remote and/or hybrid workforce
- Establishing the capability to meet and collaborate as a team virtually
- Dealing with the growth and expansion of mobile devices
- And figuring out how all that ties together with the least amount of hassle
And depending on your business there may be other considerations like HIPAA compliance, integrations with other business tools like Salesforce or a CRM system, and then making sure they are all kept up to date and secure.
It got me thinking on my own communications needs and to be honest, that has not been a top priority for me, but probably needs to be.
