It's been 18 years strong and it is back again. The Home Owners Expo (formerly the Annapolis Home Expo) is one-of-a-kind homeowners event showcasing products and services for the home and garden, will run for one weekend only February 26th and 27th, from 10am-6pm on Saturday and Noon-5pm on Sunday at the Byzantium Center in Annapolis.

This year, get tips from Master Carpenter and Host of HGTV's Stone House Revival, Jeff Devlin who will be hosting three sessions on Saturday including "How to Hire a Contractor."  And we all know how bugs can wreak havoc on a garden or yard--Doug Tallamy will be on hand on Sunday to solve your woes. Doug is an internationally recognized Entomologist and Wildlife Ecologist, and a Professor at the University of Delaware.

Northrop Realty will be on hand to answer your buying and selling questions and present a discussion on how to stage your house to get the biggest return. Todd Peenstra will be on hand to appraise your antiques, master gardeners will host a plant clinic. And new this year, Rachel Jennifer will talk about how to organize that home-office space!

The Expo gives consumers a chance to chat with dozens of local companies who will be on hand over the weekend, showcasing products and services including kitchen and bath displays, decking, fencing, countertops, tile, home energy systems, home financing, landscaping, interior design, window treatments, roofing, waterproofing, heating and air and more.
