Hi Ah September! The start of school, Labor Day, and of
course the Maryland Seafood Festival at Sandy Point State Park.This year they are celebrating their 54th year and it will be a weekend full of delicious seafood dishes, exciting competitions, kids activities and more--all in the shadow of the iconic
Chesapeake Bay Bridge! Tickets are on sale right now and you will want to get them in advance. This event is always one of the most popular ones and there are always lines at the gate to get tickets. Buy now, in advance, and waltz right on in--they do allow waltzing...I checked.

offer!

The festival gates open at 10am on both days and they close at 9pm on Saturday and 7pm on Sunday! Parking: You can park your car at AACC and take the FREE shuttle to the fest (this is the best way) as they run continuously. Or you can park at Sandy Point Park, but there is a $10 parking fee (in advance) or on a first-come-first-served basis at the park for
