The Anne Arundel County Republican Party will be presenting the final debate between the Republican candidates for Anne Arundel County Executive

Laura Neuman and Steve Schuh

Details:

When:  Friday, June 13th, 7:00pm to 8:30pm
Where: AACC - Florestano Building Auditorium (Room 101), 101 College Parkway, Arnold, MD

The debate will be emceed by Nicolee Ambrose, the Maryland Republican Party Committeewoman.

Candidates will be asked questions by two panelist/moderators--Barbara Cox from WNAV and myself who will be presenting question to each candidate.

But...

Your help is needed!

We have been asked to solicit questions from our audience and here is where you come in.

Please email me your question for the candidates. Your name will NOT be made public and the questions should be able to be asked of either candidate.

The general topics should fall into one of these five general categories:
  1. Budget/Taxes
  2. Schools
  3. Jobs/Economy
  4. Environment
  5. Crime
So, if you're game, shoot me an email and ask away. We are limited for time, so I can't guarantee your question will be asked--but I will do my best!

Do you want to attend the debate in person?  There are limited seats (small theater) and tickets are required...but they are free!  Just click here to reserve your space!

The debate will also be broadcast on WNAV and online via Ustream.  Please check Eye On Annapolis, our Facebook page, or our twitter feed the day of the debate for the specific URL.

Finally...no matter your political affiliation...no matter who holds your support...no matter how busy you may be...no matter how bad the weather may be...no matter how much of a hassle it may be...please get out and vote on June 24th in the primary! It does matter!

And speaking of primaries--in Maryland we have "closed" primaries. If you are not registered with one of the major parties, you will NOT be able to vote in the primary and will have to wait until the General Election in November to cast your vote in support of your candidate!
