THE REAGAN YEARS
Friday, March
11th |
This band of seasoned musicians recreates the sounds of the 1980s; a day when Ronald Reagan was President, M-TV first aired, CDs emerged, Acid Washed jeans were "Cool" and alternative music was called "New Wave". This period has resurfaced in today's entertainment industry. VH-1 has multiple segments echoing from the 80's Video Generation, radio stations across the U.S. feature artists from the 1980s
in daily "flashback" programs while 1980s anthems have permeated TV commercials.

SAM GROW w/ SCOTT KURT
Saturday, March
12th |
Sam Grow Back from Nashville, but born and raised in Southern Maryland, Sam’s love of performing and connection with his fans continue to fill various venues. His powerful vocals and highly personal lyrics draw you into his songs as he tells stories of love, heartbreak, and life.
Scott Kurt Scott Kurt grew up in America’s Rust Belt, and the grittiness of his roots is evident in every aspect of his music. From his debut album, “Ragged But Right,” recorded with his band Memphis 59, to his first solo effort “Down This Road,” he captures the essence of hard living, hard work and hard times in deeply personal lyrics delivered by a whiskey-tinged barroom voice wrapped up inside a whole lot of full-tilt country-rock guitar. VH-1 has multiple segments echoing from the 80's Video Generation, radio stations across the U.S. feature artists from the 1980s in daily "flashback" programs while 1980s
