The Annapolis area is never without something fun to do!

Take beer week!

Before the spring and summer fun kicks into high gear, you get a chance to sample your favorite brews and maybe discover some new ones in the process.

Included in the 4th Annual Annapolis Beer Week is a beer run (my kind of run), a mini music festival, tap takeovers, trivia, game nights,and a festival to celebrate the quintessential dish to accompany beer--wings! The week starts with a run on April 2nd, and ends with the 3rd Maryland Chicken Wing & Beer Festival on April 16th.

But beer, food, and music aside...each individual event benefits one of the many local charities we have in the area.

So not only are we drinking responsibly, we are drinking for social good!

Now THAT'S a winning combination!

Some of the events are free, some are ticketed.

I am not sure how many nights I will be out, but I look forward to seeing you around town!

The 4th Annual Annapolis Beer Week is back and it is loaded with lots of beer centric good times spanning April 1st to the 8th..and then again on the 16th for the Wing Festival! But what is different is that each event helps support a local non-profit or charity. No matter where you drink, you can support your favorite cause--the SPCA of Anne Arundel County, MS Busters, Box of Rain, Foundation for Community Betterment, YWCA Camp Letts, Annapolis Green and many more! So, check out some tasty new beers and support the charity that is near and dear to your heart!

PUB CRAWL

Do you have a steady hand? You might want to brush up on your Midas touch! A life size Jenga game awaits you as one of your challenges during our pub-crawl. Or maybe you're someone who can actually think more clearly after a few craft brews?

Well, then your friends will want you on their team as you compete in our trivia challenges! Oh, and don't forget your glasses (beer goggles would work too!), because you'll need them as we test your eyesight on our larger-than-usual eye chart! Annapolis' favorite pubs are looking forward to serving you all of the brew specials available at every "challenging" stop throughout the evening.

There will be a slew of events planned all week long, April 1-8, and April 16th.

April 1 - Beer Run check-in and packet pick up at Greene Turtle Annapolis
April 2 - 4th Annual 5K & 1 Mile Beer FUN Run
April 3 - 4th Annual Beer & Bands at Stan & Joe's Saloon
April 8 - Pints for Paws, bring your furry friends!
April 16 -3rd Annual Chicken Wing and Beer Festival blowout
