This Weekend!
What are you doing this weekend?

I am headed to the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium for the Annapolis Arts, Crafts, and Wine Festival!

It's been happening for 5 or 6 years now and is ALWAYS a great time. Local wineries and some that are not-so-local. Very unusual artisans and crafters and just a lot of fun!

Tickets are $35 for all the wine you can taste, $12 for a designated driver or non-tasting ticket, $5 for youth (12-18) and kids under 12 are free!

Check it out, and I will see you there!

All the best--

Festival

The Festival is a weekend of fine, juried arts and handmade crafts, and wine tastings from over 25 Maryland wineries, smooth jazz all day long, delectable cuisine and activities for the whole family.

It is a two-day, outdoor celebration of the arts and Maryland's fruit of the vine in Annapolis, Maryland.

The festival is conveniently located at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, a short distance from historic downtown Annapolis, Maryland, a colonial waterfront community filled with unique shops, restaurants and attractions, in addition to a lively arts and entertainment scene.

Annapolis was recently named one of the nation's top 25 arts destinations in AmericanStyle magazine's 12th Annual Arts Destination Poll. Winning cities were ranked for the high quality of their art galleries, festivals, institutions and  events.

View the juried works of over 200 of the region's best artists and craftsmen employing a variety of media including painting, sculpture, ceramics, digital art, mixed media, printmaking, jewelry, fiber art, glass, wood, leather, metal and photography.

Sample wines from more than 25 Maryland wineries in our wine pavilions. Purchase a bottle of wine and relax while listening to smooth jazz all day long. Bring the children, too, for activities in the Kids' Art area including theatrical, dance, and musical performances on stage.

And, afterward, take a walk through history along the brick-lined streets of Colonial Annapolis.

The festival has something for everyone!
