We have upgraded our community calendar!
We used to use a trusty old Google Calendar for our events, but to be honest it had no pizzaz and it was boring! So we changed it up a bunch!
And added a lot of new features!
- Submit your own event
- Make it a one time deal,
or recurring..hello Happy Hours!
- Add an image to your event
- Include your URL
- Include any ticket or cost pricing
- Maps and directions to the venue
- Full unlimited in length description
- And a bit more!
You do not need to register to submit an event--just fill out the form--and the more it is used, the more will be filled out automatically for you. There will be a slight delay in approving the event--we need to make
sure it is appropriate.
So, what type of events are we looking for? As long as it is a public event, we want it.

There are two links on Eye On Annapolis for the
calendar--one to view it, and one to submit an event.
VIEWING THE CALENDAR
When you view it, you can choose which type of view you want--chronological list (default), weekly, or monthly. You can even search for events by keyword, event name, event location, or event date!
POSTING TO THE CALENDAR
Posting is very easy. Go to the link and fill out the form.
Include a photo if you have one, check the location boxes to see if it is already in the system (it will grow as we do), fill in the details and be as verbose as you like and click submit! It is THAT easy!
