Celebrate Your Heroes At the Military Bowl Heroes Tailgate on Monday

It is that time of year again!  The Military Bowl and the world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales will be taking over the streets of Annapolis.  

But before that, you have a chance to nominate your personal hero to win a sweet prize package to the Military Bowl, courtesy of Budweiser.

Heroes come in all shapes and sizes. Some wear combat boots and others --not so much.

Who is the hero in your life? Your mom? Your neighbor? Friend? Veteran? Father? Grandfather?  Here is your chance!

Tell Budweiser about your hero and if selected, you and your hero will be a part of the Military Bowl Parade, get admission to the pre-game tailgate, tickets to the game, and your story highlighted on the stadium screens on the 27th!

Submit online, come out to West End Grill this Friday from 6-8pm  to nominate your hero!

​​​​​​​And then hop over to the tailgate on Monday to celebrate!

Who's Your Hero?
We all have Heroes in our lives.

Some wear combat boots, some put out fires, some protect us every day, many are unsung. We want to know: Who's Your Hero?

You can upload a photo here  telling us your story, or share a photo or video on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using #BudHeroes--or you can do it in person at one of your local favorite watering holes on Fridays from 6-8pm!

Five lucky Heroes and a guest will receive tickets and be honored at the Military Bowl presented by Northrop Grumman on Dec. 27th.

But there are only a few chances remaining!  Friday evening at West End Grill from 6-8pm, you can nominate your hero in person and win some swag from WRNR. Or you can do it online through Friday night at midnight!

And once you are done... on MONDAY come out to the free Heroes Tailgate taking place at Stage One on the future site of the Maryland Theatre for the Performing Arts adjacent to Fado and The Westin at Westgate Circle and celebrate your hero and all the heroes in our lives!

WRNR FM 103.1 will be  there from 4-6pm with the WRNR Road Show and the Prize Wheel with Green Day tickets!
