Uptown Fest will be the premier Annapolis area Rock n Roll show of
2018. On August 4th at Union Jack's of Annapolis we have a party hosted by Maker's Mark bringing together some of the finest high energy rock acts of the area on two stages. Proceeds from the door will be going toward the Capital Gazette Families Fund, as well as a raffle which will have numerous local art, music, booze and food related prizes. Besides over a dozen regional acts playing between two stages, there will be drink specials, interactive art pieces hosted by local artists, as well as
local crafts and art for sale. With 10$ Tickets pre-sale and 15$ at the door, this is going to be a bargain of a great time.
We are proud to announce the incendiary lineup of: Mountainwolf, Deaf Scene, Kit & The Chardonnay Boys, Robot Jurassic (WHICH WILL BE THEIR ALBUM RELEASE PARTY!!) Del Florida, Western Star, MR VCR, Ethics Committee, Burlwood, Loose Ties, Wyght Gold, Kristi Allen, Ladybird
and DJ Joey D to round out the night.
BE WARNED!!! Between the indoor and outdoor stage there will be a rotating performance schedule so as soon as the each act finishes, the following artist will immediately take the opposite stage, so there is no minute you won't be rocking your face off. It will be dizzying the amount of talent you will have to digest.
Besides the phenomenal bands, there will be renowned local visual artists helping lead some interactive masterpieces which anyone attending can participate in!
The fine folks at Union Jack's of Annapolis and Maker's Mark will also be teaming up to bring you some amazing drink specials named after the bands up onstage. They
will be both delicious and aptly fitting for the tuneage they purvey.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST: there will be a vehicle shuttling thru the eve from inner West St. Downtown, and the UJ parking lot, so there is no need to worry about risking your life behind the wheel, or your money on other means of transport.
Get ready for UPTOWN FEST, and mark your calendars for August 4th.
