It's never been done! A full-fledged festival at a County Park! But this year is different. Twist and Stout is a MARYLAND craft beer and wine festival this weekend. Did you read that? MARYLAND beer and wine. No mass produced,
get-it-anywhere type beers. And the Maryland wine scene is really on the map!
And let's talk venue! Can you think of a better place than along the shores of the South River? Tickets are going fast and you probably should get them now
since the weather forecast looks fantastic and they will sell out (limited availability because of park capacity).

INAUGURAL TWIST AND STOUT

This Saturday, the Anne Arundel County Department of Recreation and Parks, in partnership with Maryland Wineries Association will present Twist & Stout, a fine wine and craft beer festival that also features live music from some of the region’s best bands, food trucks from around the state, and artists creating on site.
The 2018 premier festival is expected to draw over 4,000 attendees to Quiet Waters Park in Annapolis, MD, known as the “crown jewel” of the county park system. Featuring 340 acres of beautiful park land situated along the South River, the park includes 6 miles of paved trails winding through forests and past grassy fields, picnic areas, scenic river overlooks, a visitor’s center with three art galleries, and
more.
